These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Timebox Canvas application ("the Application"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgement of the modified Terms.
Timebox Canvas is a productivity and task management interface that integrates directly with third-party services (such as Google Tasks and Google Drive). The Application is provided as a client-side tool operating within your web browser. We do not host your data on our servers.
The Application requires authentication with your Google Account to function as intended. Your relationship with Google is governed separately by Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Timebox Canvas is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google Inc.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Account and managing the authorizations granted to the Application. You agree not to use the Application for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APPLICATION WILL ALWAYS BE SAFE, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL ALWAYS FUNCTION WITHOUT DISRUPTIONS, DELAYS, OR IMPERFECTIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CREATORS, DEVELOPERS, OR CONTRIBUTORS OF TIMEBOX CANVAS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS APPLICATION.
We may suspend, limit, or discontinue access to the Application at any time, including during testing, staged rollout, maintenance, security review, or feature changes. You may stop using the Application at any time by revoking Google access, deleting locally stored site data, and discontinuing use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we may update the revision date shown on this page. Your continued use of the Application after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
